Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What are your prices?
A: There can be many variables with the prices of flowers. Factors include: the season, sizes of bouquets, unique or rare colors and types, and amount of labor involved. All events and weddings will receive a personalized cost proposal. There are beautiful flower options for all budgets! Here are some typical prices:
Bridal Bouquets: $65 - $225
Bridesmaid Bouquets: $30 - $75
Corsages: $15 - $25
Boutonnieres: $7 - $15
Q: How do I get started?
A: Send me an email, text or call to check my availability for your date. If you live in the area, it's ideal to set up a consultation to discuss ideas and details for your wedding or event. I typically meet clients at a coffee shop that is convenient for them. After that meeting I will type out a proposal for you and we can make any changes needed from there. A deposit of $200 books your date, as I typically only do one wedding per weekend.
Q: Do you have a minimum budget?
A: Yes, it is $900 (this is the total cost, including tax and delivery). Check with me for exceptions.
Q: How far will you travel for an event?
A: I serve the 'Kansas City metro area' (in general terms). My home studio is located in the heart of the city (Westwood, KS) near the Country Club Plaza, and I am willing to travel approximately an hour (including Lawrence, Powell Gardens, The Elms, etc.). However, venues farther than 30 miles may include an additional travel fee of $25. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have a special circumstance.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently I am only accepting cash, check, or money order.
Q: Do you do daily orders?
A: At this time I am not set up to do daily flower arrangements (Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc). I can recommend some wonderful flower shops in the area that can assist you for those special occasions.
Q: Do you do silk arrangements or do you provide flower preservation?
A: I do not do silk arrangements, only fresh. I also can not provide flower preservation, but I can recommend certain flowers best for preservation, as well as a company that does flower preservation.
